Terms of Service
These terms apply to TTS Studio (“the app”), a desktop app made by diengv studio (“we”). By using the app you agree to them.
1. The app
TTS Studio is software you run on your own computer to write stories and lessons, narrate them and export audio and video. It can post the videos you export to TikTok and YouTube accounts that you connect.
2. Your accounts and other services
- You connect your own accounts (TikTok, YouTube, AI and GPU services). You are responsible for them and for following their terms, including TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- Any fees those services charge are between you and them.
- You can disconnect an account at any time in Settings › Publish.
3. Your content
- You keep all rights to the content you create with the app.
- You are responsible for what you create and post, and for having the rights to the text, images, music and voices you use.
- Only use a recording of a real person's voice with that person's consent.
- Label AI-generated content where TikTok or the law requires it. The app offers TikTok's AI-generated content label when you post.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to create or post content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, impersonates someone, harasses or deceives people, or is spam.
5. No warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. It may contain errors, and the services it connects to may change or stop working.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, content, accounts or income, arising from your use of the app.
7. Stopping
You can stop using the app at any time by disconnecting your accounts and uninstalling it.
8. Changes
If these terms change, we will update this page and its effective date. Using the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
